The Daily Mail’s Femail Live event held in Hull on Sunday 30th June acts as an ideal showcase for spas and salons right across the Yorkshire region.

Live events, industry shows and exhibitions are perfect opportunities to get new products and treatments under the noses of potential customers, and salon and spa owners from across the region have converged on Hessle’s Country Park Inn to do just that.

Femail Live is a free event where customers can mingle amongst countless stalls offering advice, treatments, promotions and more from the beauty industry. As well as a chance for salons and spas to parade their wares to an expectant audience, Femail Live allows customers to see the latest trends and treatments in action, giving them an idea of what they might like to purchase in future.

ïEvents such as Femail Live don’t come around very often, so they represent a really good opportunity for spas and salons to do some proactive marketing’ said i-Salon’s spokesperson Sharon Frost.

ïUsually, salon marketing doesn’t really give potential customers a feel for the treatments and products on offer, but exhibitions and events are exceptions to that rule. It’s a great chance to get out there and win more trade without spending too much money.’
