The runways of the world’s fashion capitals have been groaning under the weight of the latest beauty trends as models have premiered stylists’ new collections and techniques in Paris, Milan, London and New York.

Spring 2014 looks set to see a number of classic looks and old favourites reinvigorated with a fresh take on some timeless techniques. Britain’s spas and salons would do well to take note and offer the appropriate treatments in time for the coming season!

Among the most popular catwalk looks were low-slung, glossy ponytails emanating from the nape of the neck, sweeping fringes paired with side partings, kohl-rimmed lashes and startling white eyeshadow.

While bright colours including neon lips and pastel eyeshadows are likely to turn heads as springtime approaches, many women will be happy to hear that minimalist looks comprised of natural-looking hair and makeup will also be in vogue during early 2014.

ïSpas and salons will have a whole host of new trends to embrace this spring season, so they ought to act fast in order to promote the kind of treatments British women will want to see in early 2014,’ said i-Salon Software’s Sharon Frost.

ïOur salon management software will help you to promote your new products, services and treatments to potential customers, while maintaining a cost-effective and efficient business.’
