One of our favourite creative events of the year was held at the weekend – Colourworld UK, which took place in Dalston, East London.

The event, purely for colourists within the hair industry, brnigs together the creative visions of stylists from all over the UK as well as internationally, allowing them to show their passion for the craft and their incredible skills and techniques, all of which have been developed recently by them and their teams.

Located in an old warehouse, the sun was blaring (as it always is on Colourworld Weekend) and from the get go the crowds continued to flow through, visiting the individual brand areas, witnessing the work of the professionals and listening to their discussions and background history. The event is renowned for allowing visitors to get up close and personal with the artists who perform, and has a very informal feel.

The two day event was supported by the big brands such as Goldwell, Joico, Revlon, TIGI, Schwarzkopf and many more. Artists included RUSH, Simon Webster Salon, Metropolis and Sophia Hilton to name a few. Each brought something different to the table, and left visitors feeling inspired and motivated.

We can’t wait to see what 2019 will bring!
