Known as a leader in their field within the hair and beauty industries, interactive review platform salonspy has fast built a solid reputation for their advances in technology and communication, and this has been recognised at the Digital Experience Awards 2018.

Held at the prestigious Park Plaza London Riverbank, the Digital Experience Awards supports the leaders in the interactive technological market, rewarding the teams and brands for their hard work and commitment to the advances in technology, and helping brands move forward alongside this to ensure client satisfaction.

All entrants were asked to firstly enter a written submission and also deliver a presentation to a panel of judges on the day of the event. salonspy Technical Director James Bavington took the lead, taking the judges through general information about the company, the rebuild and launch of the new platform, key software integrations including iSalon, SalonGenuis, SaloniQ, Salon Advantage and B2B, the work with Google, key statistics and many other factors surrounding the software. Both sections were scored with salonspy being shortlisted alongside 4 other companies within the Feedback and Review category.

After the intense judging process and business networking lunch, it was time for the winners to be announced, with salonspy beating off business giants Tesco and Feefo to scoop the silver award, an incredible achievement and well deserved recognition for the salonspy brand and team.
