iSalon announce their latest innovation, ClickME. A tool designed to help salons fill their appointment books faster than ever before. In just four clicks, the client can book an appointment by selecting their service and time without leaving the salon website. This technology is revolutionary and will change bookings in the hair and beauty industry undeniably.
ClickME is a tool that can be embedded within a salon’s website. It can be completely personalised with the salons branding and messaging and provides a booking solution to make the user experience simpler. Salons have the option to add their logo, brand font, images and even select the background and border options to sit in line with their branding. Once integrated into the salon website, ClickME appears above the site even when the user views it from a mobile device.
In addition, iSalon have updated their Command Centre feature. Allowing salons to manage key parts of their business remotely, the only hybrid software provider in the market. Five key modules available on a ‘pick n mix’ basis and three of these are available to all iSalon customers as standard. The features received as standard include ‘Settings’, which is a complete management of team members and setup including changing staff pins, skills and reshaping of the appointment book. ‘Basic Marketing’, the ability to manage and sent text message campaigns from anywhere in the world, not just the salon. Lastly the ‘Appointment Book’ which allows salon owners to view the salon appointment book on the move.
