Lockdown 3.0 – We are in this together

With the first week of the new year under our belts, the news of the latest lockdown has settled in. Whether you are an iSalon customer or not we want you to know that we are here for you. We care about you and your business and want to help you.

The pandemic has been incredibly tough on our team as it has been on yours. We have had to move into the new year with a few less iSalon team members than last year and with some of our team on furlough once again. The industry has been so badly impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic but we remain strong and we believe we will all come back stronger if we help and support each other.

We are still working away in the background to provide you with the services you require. As we mentioned, we are working on a reduced staff at the moment due to Covid, but please feel free to contact us via our chatbot Ruby, email, social media or telephone during usual working hours. As a team, we are working our way through contacting all salons  to check in with you, catch up and answer any questions you may have.

Whether you are using this time to work on your business or to dedicate to yourself, we are on hand to support you. We remain excited for 2021, with lots of new and innovative iSalon features in the pipeline and the renaissance of the hairdressing and beauty industries.  We want to continue providing you with the very best in salon software and if you believe there is anything we could do to further help and support you, please do let us know.
