The House of Rush in London’s Piccadilly opened today, following last night’s glitzy launch party with guests including some of the UK’s best-known socialites and celebrities.

Stars such as Sadie Frost and Liz McClarnon joined Rush founders, Andy Phouli and Stell Andrew, who opened the very first Rush hair salon 16 years ago.

The Rush story is truly one of the greatest in the British hairdressing industry. From a single salon in Wimbledon, the brothers created a winning formula, combining outstanding hairdressing technical skill and a focus on exceptional customer service. They quickly realised that their successful model could be applied to any salon, no matter where it was location or what type of customer it attracted. The Rush franchise model was born, and today there are more than 60 Rush salons throughout the UK.

Andrew and Stell insist that every salon to carry the Rush name is run using i-salon software.  They know that strict standards of customer service, smooth appointment management and outstanding marketing effectiveness can only be achieved using our leading software and we’re very proud that i-salon has had a part to play in their success.

Beind the scenes, i-salon gives the Rush management team access to important facts and figures about how the whole group is performing. Through Command CentreTM  which runs in their head office the entire senior team can instantly review performance information from multiple salons, allowing them to keep control of their growing empire, tracking profits, takings, retail sales _ even how many clients are booked in real time into individual salons _ online, whenever they choose.

We wish them every success with the House of Rush and look forward to supporting the Rush Hair group into the future. Big congratulations from all at i-salon!
