Make the most out of your salon being closed by selling gift vouchers online through iSalon iBookings. We have broken it down into easy to follow steps but our support team are available on 01522 887200 – option 1 if you need any help or advice.

Setting up the Payments

Log into your admin portal on internet bookings.

Once you are logged in click on the Selling Options Button

On the payments screen if you change the following options to Yes

• Pay by Card

Optional is the one to pay using a voucher

Once you change the pay by card it will ask you to connect to your Stripe account.

(if you don’t have a stripe account setup the screen will guide on you on creating one)

Once this is complete click the update selling options

Next we setup the vouchers

Setting up the Vouchers

Once the payments have been setup, we can now setup the vouchers.

This is done still on the selling options screen.

If you scroll down to the Courses and Vouchers option

We need to make sure the Sell Vouchers option is set to Yes

Once we set this to yes

We can then set the values of the voucher we would like to sell by clicking on Add a New Voucher Amount

You can add as many of these as you wish.

Once you are done you can click on the update selling options to save the vouchers.
