Anna Campbell – The iSalon Experience

Here’s what Anna shared with us –

“I have worked with iSalon for over eleven years now. I was definitely that salon owner who feared moving from a paper appointment book to computerised system in the beginning. However, iSalon made the transition easy. At the beginning, I received an initial on-site training session in the salon to get us up and running. I then had someone at the end of the phone if needed.

Our clients have also felt the benefits from iSalon. They receive the text message reminder which has helped us to reduce no shows. We have been using the iBookings feature for quite a few years now and it’s very easy to access for clients when the salon is closed. It also means we can take bookings 24/7, too.

One of my favourite iSalon tools I like to use is the weekly forecast. I use this at the beginning the week to give me an indication of the week ahead and help me forecast for the salon.

iSalon Command Center allows me to view the salon when I’m working remotely, as a salon owner I can log in and out of the system even when not based in salon. This helps give my peace of mind and ensures the salon still runs smoothly even when I can’t be there.
